Flamenco Fashion in Andalucia is not just a picturesque sector for tourists, but a true business that is growing year after year. Women (and, in less extent, men) of all social classes wear these handcrafted dresses just during a few days each year: during the Feria (festival) of their town or city.
Each year, a trade fair around Flamenco Fashion is held in Sevilla. It is called SIMOF, and it always includes an exhibition area, where each designer or studio have their own stand and fashion shows of the most important designers. This year, SIMOF will be held from the 3rd to the 6th of February, and it is possible to assist as audience to the fashion shows, buying the tickets through a website or directly at the box office of the Palacio de Congresos, where the exhibition is located.
